"I hired Fernando to redo my crawlspace after dealing with a rodent issue, and I couldn't be happier with the results! He replaced the insulation and vapor barrier, and even added gravel to keep the rodents out. The work was thorough, professional, and done quickly. Fernando was communicative and punctual. "Fernando came out and did some amazing work under my house. The amount of work that he and his other worker completed in three days time was insane. They moved a couple yards of pebble rock and three pallets of retaining wall blocks under my house. Project started with standing water and ended with a properly drained and vented usable storage space. All the work was priced very fair and completed very professionally. I would and will recommend Crawl Space and Drainage Systems to everyone in need of help."

"Fernando and his crew provided excellent service isolating the clogs and design flaws in my existing drainage system. Where other companies were only interested in selling me a new drainage system for thousands of dollars and only after waiting for over a month to get an appointment, Fernando came and helped me out on his days off to try and isolate the issue. He left me with a spare sump pump to get me through the gaps between his visits and then eventually brought his crew into the work for a couple of days to finish the job. In the end, the job only cost me a couple of thousand dollars and everything got fixed and put back to almost normal with all of the cleanup help I asked for. Best deal ever and faster than I could have ever expected. I can't remember the last time I wrote such a strong recommendation, but Fernando deserves at least 5 stars for the work he did for me."

"I highly recommend Fernando's crawlspace work. Fernando is very professional, a good communicator, and is very affordable. In Seattle, it's hard to find good quality AND a low price, but Fernando provides it. Our crawlspace had major rodent damage. It needed to be completely cleaned and restored, and sealed to protect it from future critters. Fernando was able to identify the access points and create a secure barrier. He even did some concrete work for a very little additional cost, then re-insulated the space and the pipes. I'd definitely work with Fernando again."

"We had a great experience with this company when they came out to clean up and repair our crawlspace. They removed rodent droppings, replaced the vapor barrier, took out the old duct insulation, sealed up any leaks in the ductwork, rewrapped everything with new insulation, and also replaced all the floor insulation. They were easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and did quality work at a fair price. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing crawlspace work done!"
